CoffeeMed brings volunteer medical teams to serve coffee farm communities in Guatemala. I first joined the organization in 2019 as a medical interpreter and team coordinator, so I knew the mission firsthand before I ever designed for it.
As the organization grew, it needed a brand and a digital home that reflected the work: warm, credible, and focused on people rather than charity. I led the brand development, website, apparel, and social media launch.

LOGO & BRAND
The brand needed to balance two worlds: the warmth of Guatemala's coffee culture and the trust people expect from a medical organization. The logo and visual system bring both together and give the organization a consistent look across the website, apparel, social media, and printed materials.
I planned the site architecture and designed the website in Wix Studio around one main goal: turning visitors into volunteers. The structure guides people from learning about the mission, to seeing its impact, to signing up for a trip. The content leads with real stories and real people, so the site reads as an invitation to partner rather than a donation appeal.
Homepage – The mission and a clear call to join, visible right away
Mission trips – Trip details organized to answer volunteers' questions before they have to ask.

Impact – Stories and results from the communities served, so visitors can trust the work.

APPAREL
I designed the team T-shirts that volunteers wear during mission trips. They serve two purposes: they make the medical teams easy to identify in the field, and they give volunteers something to wear back home that keeps the brand visible and starts conversations about the mission.

Team apparel designed for volunteers in the field and at home.

With the brand and website in place, CoffeeMed's team now manages their own content updates. I continue to support them with technical support and site maintenance, so the platform stays reliable as the organization grows.
